Komarc Wenzhou is our main manufacturing facility for plastic parts. In addition, we have two other plants for injection molding in Zhejiang Province and one separate facility for tooling. The company has 15 injection molding machines, and 5 CNC machines.
Komarc can make custom parts in a wide range of sizes, as big as 50cm or very small parts, less than 1cm. The primary materials for plastic toys include ABS, PP, PU, HIPS, PVC and PS.
Typical lead time for tooling is 20 to 45 days, depending on the complexity.
Komarc also offers finishing options for plastic components, including, polishing, silk screen printing and painting.
The company offers high quality 3D printing for sample approval. Allow just 7 days for finished samples.
